Mechanic acquitted of murder
A man accused of aggravated murder was freed from jail yesterday after a Franklin County jury found holes in the state’s evidence and returned a not-guilty verdict.
Retrial wins acquittal for survivor of crash
"The court cannot find beyond a reasonable doubt the defendant was the driver and therefore must find her not guilty," Judge Charles A. Schneider said yesterday in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
